1. We offer free shipping on orders with cart value of Rs. 1000 (excluding discounts) and above. Any order less than Rs. 1000 cart value will attract a non-refundable shipping fee of Rs. 69 (inclusive of taxes).
2. Any extra charges including shipping charges will be borne by us.
3. Currently, products can be shipped within India only.
4. We ship on all days between Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays. This statement applies for Prepaid orders only. Orders placed between Monday to Friday within 11AM will be shipped the same day. On Saturday orders placed within 10AM will be shipped the same day. Kindly note that we use India Post for most of our Parcel deliveries. Hence we avail their services according to their working Calendar. Any delays from our side will be notified to the customer.
6. We will ensure that we deliver the orders as fast as possible and strive to dispatch the order within 1-2 working days from the date on which the order is placed. Depending on the Courier Partner, delivery timeframe may vary from a minimum of 1 day to a maximum of 1 week, throughout India. Customers are free to contact us for any kind of problems they face.
7. Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, You shall need to place multiple orders specifying such addresses. Billing and Shipping address can be different. Products are only delivered to the location mentioned in the shipping address only.
8. While we endeavor to promptly ship out every order that has been successfully placed, there are certain situations where we might be required to cancel your order. Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled. These situations include (but are not limited to):
(i) Product(s) no longer being available or being temporarily out of stock.
(ii) Limitations on quantities available for purchase.
(iii) Product in stock found to defective or not in a condition to be shipped.
(iv) Human Errors in product listing or pricing information in our website.
(v) Inaccurate or insufficient delivery details.
(vi) Non-serviceable locations, changes of services from courier partners and current situations in the country.
9. In certain circumstances, we may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment is completed, the amount charged for the products will be refunded back to you in full by the original payment method.
10. If the order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will reship the order without any additional shipping charges, if paid online.
