We strive hard to complete our customer’s order as fast as possible. Generally the order will be shipped within 1-2 working days. Delays might occur due to other reasons including, COVID and Transportation. If any such cases occur, we will contact the customer. According to the customer preference, we can cancel or reschedule the order.
Why extra Shipping Fee is charged?
We provide free shipping for orders with total cart value of 1000र and above. If the cart value is <1000र, a shipping fee of 69र is charged.
Can I cancel my order?
Once any kind of Order is placed on our website, we will soon start processing them as fast as possible. If the customer changes their decision after the order is placed, they will have to contact us by WhatsApp or Email within 3 hours of placing the order, where we will assist the customer with their orders. Please feel free to contact us.
When a customer cancels any orders, coupons if applied during checkout, will be invalid and cannot be used for other purposes.
Do you provide Cash on Delivery?
Currently we don’t have that facility. Only Prepaid options are available. We will soon have that facility.
Can I return the Product once delivered?
We never want to sell faulty/defective products to our customers. All products will be checked for errors before shipping. Products once sold cannot be taken back. However, when you face any kind of trouble with your product, you can contact us regarding the same. For more details, please visit our Return Policy page.
Payment has been deducted, order not placed. What to do?
Until and unless payment has been received, the order will be kept on hold. If you have paid using Card/ Net-banking/ UPI, and in case the payment has been deducted from your bank, and the order is still ‘On Hold’ on our website, you can contact us regarding the same. We will manually check whether the payment has been received or not. If the payment has been received and the order has not been placed, we will soon update it. If the payment has not been received, the amount if deducted will reflect in your bank account very soon automatically. And if it doesn’t you need to contact the bank. They will assist you. Network errors during payments, closing the payment tab before auto redirection generally cause this issue.
Payments
We have Prepaid as the only mode of Payment. Customers can Pay through Credit/Debit Cards, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking or any Latest Payment Systems like UPI. UPI works through all Applications including Google Pay, BHIM, Phoneपे or Bank Specific Apps.
We use a trusted third party Payment Gateway to process all our finance transactions on our site. The Payment information may be collected by the Payment Gateway only to ease the process of refund (if any). Payments are 100% Secured through SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)
