Order once placed cannot be directly cancelled. Once any kind of Order is done to our website, we will soon start processing orders. So, a customer can only cancel the orders which are ‘On Hold’. However you can contact us within 3 hours of placing an order, either by Email or WhatsApp, where we may assist you with your orders. Please feel free to contact us.
bharathayur.com reserves the right to accept or deny any such requests. In case of delay in processing orders, unavailability of stock, transportation delays due to govt restrictions (lock-down) etc, we will contact the customer by call. In this case the customer fully reserves the right either to cancel or reschedule the placed order, and if cancelled, the amount paid (if any) is refunded in full without any deductions.
Return Policy
A ‘Return’ or ‘Exchange’ implies sending the items purchased by the customer on bharathayur.com website, back to us. In case of damaged / wrong items delivered, Return/ Replacement request has to be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
The return request is valid only for the following conditions;
An Expired or Damaged product being dispatched by bharathayur.com.
A wrong product has been delivered by bharathayur.com.
The product received is different from what was being described on our website.
The return request is invalid for the following reasons;
The customer has accepted the package from the delivery agent in Open Condition/ Broken Seal.
The customer has no longer interest in the product.
The customer has changed mind about the product and decided not to use it.
Wrong product ordered by the customer.
Updated Branding and Packaging. However the Product remains the same.
Conditions for product return/ replacement;
Products requested for return/replacement must be unused.
All items must be returned in their original condition as delivered to the customer.
Original invoice must be possessed by the customer.
bharathayur.com reserves the right to accept or deny any Return/Replacement request irrespective of the terms of the policy.
When bharathayur.com accepts the return request from the customer, we will arrange a return courier of the product from the customer to our warehouse, when all the above conditions are satisfied. Customers need not pay any extra charges. OR Alternatively, we may request the customer to send the product back to us in case of unavailability of Return Courier facilities. Once, the product is received by us, we will reimburse the courier charges to the customer to his/her account.
Once the product has been delivered back to us, we will manually check the product for faults/ defects/ original accessories. If the product complies our return policy, we will initiate refund/replacement within 2 working days.
