Data collected and its Usage
We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. As of now, we only collect a customer’s name, their physical address, their email address, contact number and GSTIN Number if provided.
We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. In order to remove your data from our database and to close your account with us, you can raise a Support Ticket through Email and request for the same. If the customer had previously placed orders on our website, we already have shared customer’s contact information to third party couriers which cannot be deleted.
We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law. Also note that your name, phone number and address has to be shared with the courier agent in order to contact you to deliver the shipment.
We might use the information you provide to contact you for confirmation of a purchase on our website or to provide support. We might send you emails or SMS about your account or to get you notified when you place orders on our website.
IP Data
When a customer places an order from our ecommerce website, or posts reviews on our website, their IP address and browser agent data will be collected to help spam detection.
All the reviews that customers publish on this website is sent for moderation. Once it is approved, it will only be then visible. Your name will be publicly displayed when you post reviews on our website.
Payment and Billing Information
We will collect your billing name, billing address and payment method when you buy a product. We NEVER collect your credit card number or credit card expiry date or other details pertaining to your credit card on our website. Credit card information will be obtained and processed by our online payment partner, razorpay.
Cookies Data
We respect your Privacy. We don’t save any Tracking Cookies including comments data in User’s Web Browser. Since we use a Security service called Cloudflare for our site, it may save a ‘Cached Copy’ of our site in the user’s Web Browser for 24 hours, only with the intention to load our Site faster for returning users.
The moment when User clears the Cached Content of the Web Browser, the Cookies and Cached data relating to our Site will be automatically deleted.
If a new customer has been referred to our site through referral link shared by an existing customer, a 24 hour cookie will be installed with sole purpose only to provide benefit to both parties by proving discount to new customer on first purchase and other benefits to referring customer as mentioned in our referral policy.
We use OTP login instead of traditional email login in our ecommerce website. There are no passwords to be remembered. You get access to our site only with the browser where you have entered the login credentials. All the login data will be saved temporarily in cached form in the current browser. As already mentioned above, when the user clears the cache of the browser, the user will be automatically logged out of the website.
